Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once an order is placed  it can not be cancelled. Most items are packaged within 72hrs.

How long before my item ships?

Please allow 48-72 hours for processing. Once items have processed please allow 5-7 business days to receive your item. Holidays and weekends not included!

How do I track my orders?

Tracking numbers will be sent out via email once orders have been processed and shipped.

What are my delivery options?

All items are mailed through USPS.

What do I do if my package was returned to sender?

1. We can send the package back to you, but you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees.

2. We can refund you for the products purchased but the Shipping Fees WILL NOT be included in the refund.
