Returns

Regrettably at this time we are unable to offer returns on any items, as we are not able to restock any items once they have departed our location.

This policy has been put in place to confirm that we are following all sanitary policies.

Please review all items and descriptions prior to purchase to avoid any discrepancies.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged item please advise us within 48 hours of receiving the item via email acouplestylezz@gmail.com. After we have received and assessed the damage we will contact you regarding next steps. Email must include pictures of the damaged item and the original packing slip. 

Damaged items will be replaced with the exact item purchased. If the item is unavailable we will let you know and allow you to obtain an item of same value or receive a refund minus shipping cost.
